All orders will be processed the working day after purchase.​

• Delivery in 3-5 working days with Standard Courier.

• Delivery in 1-2 working days with Express Courier.

Shipping costs will be calculated and automatically added to the cart when ordering.

RETURN POLICY

In the event that the purchased product has a lack of conformity (to be documented by sending a photo by email with a description of the problem encountered) it will be possible to make the return within a maximum of 14 days from delivery, with shipping costs at your expense.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged. Before proceeding we always suggest to contact us by email, in order to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant inconveniences. 

In the event of non-agreed returns or non-compliance with the procedures, ambramarra.com declines all responsibility for reimbursement activities. Ambramarra.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the goods by the carrier. Upon receipt of the products, the customer must immediately check the state and conformity of the products.​​

REFUNDS

Once the return shipment procedure has been completed, you will have to wait about 10 days for the refund to be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund does not include the shipping costs incurred for the purchase of the product.​
